Article 2 [ Definitions ]
Unless otherwise expressly defined in the Rules,
- “Association” means the Piraeus Association for Maritime Arbitration.
- “Roster of Arbitrators” means the Roster of Arbitrators of the Association.
- “Tribunal” includes both a tribunal of a sole arbitrator and a tribunal of two or more arbitrators.
- “Business days” are all days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays at the place of the arbitration.
- The “President of the Association” includes his/her legal substitute in cases where a President of the Association is absent or under some incapacity to act or in case of vacancy.
