Article 29 [ Publication of awards ]
- All awards issued are confidential and cannot be published in caselaw reviews, legal journals or other mass media of conventional or electronic nature.
- If the arbitral tribunal deems that an award merits publication in the meaning of the preceding paragraph due to its particular significance, such award may be published by agreement of the parties and provided the anonymity of the parties, their legal counsels and the arbitrators is protected.
